Z100, 200, 400, 700, T & GR Mower Inspection

• Replace engine oil & filter
• Clean air filter and cab A/C filter (if equipped)
• Replace fuel filter
• Inspect battery cables, clean terminals, and check battery electrolyte level
• Inspect and test cranking system, charging system, lights, wiring, instrument panel, gauges
• Check fluid levels, engine oil, hydraulic oil, engine coolant, FWD oil levels
• Clean radiator, oil cooler, and condenser • Inspect hoses, belts, fan, and radiator
• Inspect exhaust system
• Inspect steering system, tie-rods, knuckles, and steering cylinders
• Hydraulic operations - auxiliaries valves and couplers, 3 pt hitch, steering
• Check free play on clutch and brake pedals
• Check wheel bolt/lug nut torque
• Adjust tire pressures
• Fuel filter-drain water from water separator
• Grease all lube points
• Check for open warranty campaigns
• Wash
